Even amidst a global pandemic, Esquire still compiled their annual list of Best New Restaurants in America. Although they were not able to make it to every part of the country this year, they were still able to cover plenty of ground. With restaurants battling shutdowns and doing everything they can to survive, new restaurants deserve to be honored and celebrated. This year, more than ever, we are honored to have our client, Goosefeather, named one of the Best New Restaurants in America. Goosefeather, by Chef Dale Talde, is located in the beautiful King Mansion at the Tarrytown House Estate. Dining at Goosefeather includes an exceptional experience filled with delicious Hong Kong inspired cuisine with a twist. All of Talde’s food emphasizes fresh and seasonal items while taking traditional Cantonese fare up a notch.
In addition to the Best New Restaurants, Esquire included some feature awards. We are proud of another one of our Vero Water clients, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, for being selected as the Restaurant Reinvention of the Year.
