This year, we were excited to welcome Francie's to Vero Water. As they opened their restaurant in the middle of a global pandemic, nothing stopped them from earning their first Michelin Star! John Winterman and native New Yorker, chef Chris Cipollone opened this restaurant in December 2020, serving an approachable menu inspired by European flavors and designed for flexibility.
We are also excited to congratulate Blue Hill at Stone Bars on earning their Green Star. For 17 years, Chef Dan Barber has established Blue Hill as one of the most sustainable restaurants in the country. With Two Michelin stars, the restaurant has always been committed to supporting local farmers while serving an ncredible farm-to-table menu.
