Michelin Guide Honors Vero Client for Sustainability

Although the Michelin Guide is not handing out any awards in California this year, they are rewarding local chef's for sustainability. Among the five restaurants in the Bay Area that received a Green Star from the Michelin Guide was SingleThread, one of our Vero Water clients. 

SingleThread has its own farm and was designed with sustainability in mind. Chef Kyle Connaughton says "The farm became the natural component and is now very much the driver of everything we do…that’s the way that we work and think, and that’s the way that we kinda want to express to other chefs to start thinking more about."
