- Filter change frequency is based on VW-300 filter life rating of the earlier of 3,000 gallons or 8 months and VW-700 & VW-800 filter life ratings of 10,300 gallons or 18 months total lifespan. Filter can be changed out by customer or during a Vero Preventative Maintenance if purchasing a Basic Service & Filter Plan or the Total Care Service & Repair Plan.
- After the first hour, maintenance and service rate will be charged in 1/2 hour increments.
- Based on normal installation time of 2 hours labor and 1 hour travel (additional time labor/travel billed at $145/hr).
- Ability to offer or sell Vero Water® branded water publicly is only allowed for Customer's that are actively enrolled in a service plan. Unless specifically agreed to in writing by Vero Water Inc. Customer agrees Vero Water reserves the right to remove all Vero Branded Merchandise from the premises, including any bottles bearing Vero Water's trademarks or intellectual property or marketing materials bearing Vero's trademarks. Customer understands this applies to bottles separately purchased from Vero Water and that no refunds shall be given for any items removed from their premises.
- On-site labor charges includes time spent working on-site plus travel time needed to get to the location of service. Overtime charges of $217.50 per hour apply to night, weekend and holiday on-demand service visits.
Installation Requirements
Vero+4 Pre-Installation Checklist
In order to prepare for the installation of your Vero Water system, ensure your space meets the following requirements. For more information and specifications view your units specification sheet here.
Countertop Placement The Vero+4 needs a well-ventilated space where the unit fits with a minimum of 2 additional inches surrounding it. The system can not be incased in order to ensure proper ventilation. The total required space with ventilation is 30 inches high, 20 inches wide, and 22 inches deep.
Power An outlet must be within 6 feet from where the system will be placed with no extension cords and with the ability to run up to 10 Amps and 60 Hz. The system runs at 115 V, 60 Hz, and 8 Amps.

Co2 All Vero systems that operate with Sparkling water will require Co2. All clients are required to maintain the management of Co2 including the sourcing, swapping, and replacing of Co2 tanks. All Vero water units include the initial tank regulator or in-Line Regulator. The most common size used for Vero is a 20lb Co2 tank. The estimated dimensions and sparkling water capacities of common CO2 tank sizes are listed below. The Co2 tank pressure is between 50-60 psi.
