While few would argue the convenience factor of single-use plastic, that convenience has resulted in a catastrophic impact on our environment.  By now we are all familiar with the recycling logo that appears on many plastic products. In principle, recycling is a great idea and one that industries and individuals should support, and we should all do our part in properly separating plastic waste for recycling when available.
