Frasca Owner Bobby Stucky Takes Hospitality To The Next Level

Frasca Food And Wine Owner, master sommelier and Vero Water client Bobby Stucky gave a TEDxBoulder talk about hospitality and its importance in the restaurant business and life. When it comes to restaurants and the hospitality industry in general, customer service is one of, if not the most important part of interacting and creating an experience for a diner, guest or client.

What Bobby speaks about is not new in that hospitality is obviously important. It has more to do on a grander scale. His premise, through excellent examples, shows how hospitality can change someone’s experience and ultimately day and life. He believes that we have an opportunity as a society and culture to look outward and be better to each other by creating interpersonal hospitality.

Hospitality is not a once a year thing, he says, its something that we should be giving each other on a daily basis. As the water provider to Frasca Food And Wine and Bobby’s other restaurant Pizzeria Locale, Vero Water is proud to work with him in providing hospitality to all who come into his restaurants as a model for how we can interact with each other in the world.

When it comes to in-house filtered water, Vero water is quickly becoming the name in clean, refreshing and cost effective commercial and personal hydration. Many of the best restaurants and hospitality groups in the United States agree. Vero not only saves their clients money, but also provides them with a technologically superior, environmentally aware and sophisticated water bottling system.
