Blue Hill At Stone Barns One Of World’s 50 Best Restaurants
Vero Water client Blue Hill at Stone Barns was recently honored as one of the 50 best restaurants in the world, an amazing honor selected by 1,000 international restaurant industry experts. Only 6 American restaurants were selected out of the 50, making the honor even more special.
Blue Hill is 30 miles north of New York City, where co-owner and executive chef Dan Barber has a fully functional four-season farm filled with the freshest and most innovative ingredients. There is no menu, rather a tasting menu broken into categories. All ingredients are sourced from the Hudson Valley, staying true to their farm to table roots.
Education is a mission of the restaurant, making food and environmental awareness a big part of their overall goal. They educate diners during their meals, explaining exactly where their food comes from.
We would like to congratulate Blue Hill at Stone Barns for this amazing accomplishment. We are honored to be served and paired with one of the best.
When it comes to in-house filtered water, Vero Water is quickly becoming the name in clean, refreshing and cost effective commercial and personal hydration. Many of the best restaurants and hospitality groups in the United States agree.
