VOLT and AGGIO are two high profile establishments within the Bryan Voltaggio family of restaurants.  Quartered within a spectacular 19th Century brownstone mansion in the heart of the Frederick, MD historic district, VOLT combines Victorian elegance with contemporary, urban sophistication.  Executive Chef Bryan Voltaggio's seasonal entrées showcase classic flavor combinations prepared with fresh, local ingredients.  Guests are even able to experience the excitement and intensity of the Chef's Dining Room where Chef Voltaggio and his talented kitchen staff can be seen hard at work.

AGGIO, on the other hand, is situated on Water Street in Baltimore's Power Plant Live entertainment district and focuses on Voltaggio's interpretation of classic Italian cuisine combined with ingredients sourced from the Mid-Atlantic.

Of Note:  In addition to being a James Beard Foundation Award finalist, Chef Bryan Voltaggio is the first chef to compete on both Top Chef and Top Chef Masters.
