Mola's hand rolls and edomae-style sushi, use crispy seaweed (nori) and warm sushi rice. The team at Mola works closely with seafood vendors to bring in the freshest fish. Rice bowls are made with high-quality sous-vide protein, rice, and vegetables. All of their foods are prepared fresh and never fried! The same standard of diligence is applied to their drinks, serving bubble tea with real tea leaves and freshly prepared tapioca.  Mola served unlimited still & sparkling Vero Water for $5 per table to their guests.
