From its inception in London in 2001, Hakkasan has grown to become one of the world’s most distinguished global restaurant, lounge, and nightlife brands. Led by Executive Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee, the Hakkasan restaurant network now encompasses 12 locations in 6 countries. Hakkasan specializes in modern Cantonese cuisine with fresh local ingredients, traditional techniques, and dramatic interior design. Some of Hakkasan’s signature dishes include Roasted Silver Cod with Champagne and the Crispy Duck Salad.

Of Note:  The Hakkasan network has received a variety of distinguished awards from a total of 11 Michelin stars to Restaurant Magazine’s Oriental Restaurant of the Year.
