Guests at Table 10 take in views of the Palazzo atrium while enjoying American seasonal fare and an exposed kitchen with two flaming rotisseries. Emeril Lagasse and Chef de Cuisine Tim Doolittle have developed a well-balanced menu incorporating dishes such as the Southern Duck Roast, Scallops “St. Jacques,” and Wagyu Skirt Steak.
