Frasca Food And Wine Owner, master sommelier and Vero Water client Bobby Stucky gave a TEDxBoulder talk about hospitality and its importance in the restaurant business and life. When it comes to restaurants and the hospitality industry in general, customer service is one of, if not the most important part of interacting and creating an experience for a diner, guest or client.

What Bobby speaks about is not new in that hospitality is obviously important. It has more to do on a grander scale. His premise, through excellent examples, shows how hospitality can change someone’s experience and ultimately day and life. He believes that we have an opportunity as a society and culture to look outward and be better to each other by creating interpersonal hospitality.
